Return and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of an Ikhaya product, please contact us and lodge a request to return the product for an exchange or refund detailing the issues you have with the product.

Please ensure that you lodge this request within 30 days of receiving your parcel. Please do not return any item without contacting us first with all details. All items are to be returned in the original box or packaging. If you return an item for refund, it will be refunded based on your original method of payment.

When returning a product please ensure:

• Original packaging & boxes are used
• All items included in the parcel are returned at the same time.

Also note that Ikhaya does not permit the return or exchange of any item that has been damaged, opened or used.

If your return is not due to Ikhaya’s error, we will deduct shipping costs from your refund.

Note: Ikhaya recommends that you use a courier to return the product as you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
